Initial checker collects contact email, state, approximate bill range, insurance/network answers, document-availability indicators, source attribution and consent.
What the initial checker does not request
Initial checker does not request diagnosis, clinical history, member ID, claim ID, medical-record number, or Bill/EOB uploads.
How submitted information is used
Submitted information is used to evaluate whether a case appears suitable for review and to contact users who explicitly consent.
Analytics
M0 analytics use session-scoped identifiers and generic funnel events; no advertising pixels or session replay are used.
Document intake
Real health-document intake is not available in this phase.
